Xenia Materials (Vicenza, Italy) announces the launch of Xeramic, a range of ceramic thermoplastic compounds developed to deliver high performance combined with refined aesthetic appeal.

Xeramic materials are formulated by combining selected base polymers with an engineered ceramic filler. Thanks to its ceramic content, the range offers high thermal conductivity, enabling efficient heat dissipation and a cold-touch surface, as well as high density, making it a distinctive addition to Xenia’s typically lightweight-focused portfolio.

Xeramic is now available with a bio-based polyphthalamide (PPA) polymer matrix in the Pure version (which is charged with a high level of ceramic filler), and in the Core version (which combines carbon fiber with ceramic reinforcement).

Xeramic|Pure’s combination delivers a balance of  performance, thermal conductivity and aesthetic refinement, making it ideal for applications where surface quality and high properties are both essential. Xeramic|Core, on the other hand, merges the distinctive characteristics of ceramic reinforcement with the mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
